Food Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Inspect cucumbers on the production line and remove damaged or improperly cut products to ensure quality standards.
- Lift, shake, and position buckets to properly settle cucumbers before processing, and label pails as needed.
- Transfer filled pails from the conveyor to pallets; most weigh approximately 5 lbs, with repetitive lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Average lifting requirement is 25 lbs.
- Candidates must be able to perform repetitive lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Employees receive one 30-minute unpaid lunch break and one 15-minute paid break each shift.
Food Production Associate Qualifications:
- Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 60 lbs as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues and follow production standards.
- Reliable attendance, willingness to work as part of a team, and commitment to following safety procedures.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
