Office Building Maintenance Engineer Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
32.00 to $ 35.00 / annually - Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond promptly to tenant service requests.
- Complete general building repairs, including door hardware, lighting, and minor plumbing repairs.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for major repairs and maintenance projects.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility while following all company safety procedures.
Office Building Maintenance Engineer Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial building maintenance preferred.
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
- Must be able to read and write English.
