Production Lead - 2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- Lead daily production activities and support smooth shift-to-shift transitions.
- Train, coach, and assist operators with quality standards, work instructions, and production processes.
- Monitor production schedules, staffing needs, downtime, and material availability while communicating concerns to supervisors.
- Conduct quality checks, verify tooling and gauges, and assist with machine changeovers.
- Promote a safe, productive work environment and help team members achieve performance goals.
Production Lead - 2nd Shift Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train employees and provide professional direction and support.
- Comfortable working with production paperwork, quality records, and manufacturing software systems.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
