Value Stream Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Lead, coach, and develop Area Coaches and production associates to drive performance and talent growth.
• Oversee daily value stream operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Monitor and improve operational performance through KPIs, resource planning, and production management.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including EH&S, Quality, and Human Resources, to achieve operational goals.
• Manage value stream budgets, resources, and financial performance to meet business objectives.
• Leverage data, digital tools, and AI technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
