Saw Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
The Saw Operator is responsible for safely operating horizontal and vertical band saws to cut metal materials according to work orders, blueprints, and customer specifications. This position requires accurately measuring and verifying material dimensions using measuring tapes, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure all cuts meet quality standards.
Saw Operator Qualifications:
- Previous Saw Operator experience in a manufacturing
- Experience using measuring tapes, calipers, and reading work orders or blueprints.
- Forklift experience preferred and ability to safely handle metal materials.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work approximately 60 hours per week.
- Must pass all pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screening.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
