Quality Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Quality Systems & Standards: Support and understand the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Develop and maintain Control Plans and conduct Capability Studies for both parts and equipment.
- Actively participate in Corrective Actions, including 8D and 5 Whys root cause analysis, to resolve quality issues.* *
Quality Technician Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role.* Strong understanding and application of ISO quality standards.*
- Proficiency in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and related documentation.*
- Experience with calibration processes and Gage Trak software.* Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T.*
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to travel domestically.*
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
