Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM We are seeking reliable Production Operators for a temporary manufacturing assignment. Responsibilities include meeting daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards, operating equipment, following work instructions, communicating with team members, supporting continuous improvement, and complying with all company policies and PPE requirements. Candidates must be willing to stop production if a safety or quality concern is identified. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with assembly and hand tools. Basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Team player with strong attention to detail. Work Environment: Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
