Production Associate – Industrial Manufacturing Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.23 to $ 19.23 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to05:00pm )
- Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment safely.
- Assemble and package finished products according to company specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products.
- Maintain production quotas while following safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas.
- Read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
Production Associate – Industrial Manufacturing Qualifications:
- Must be able to successfully pass a basic math assessment as part of the hiring process.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
