Machine Operator
We're hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you'll operate heat press equipment to apply designs to garments while ensuring each order is completed accurately and meets quality standards.

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.85 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:30pm )
1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM): $18.85/hr
2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM): $19.85/hr
- Operate heat press equipment to apply designs to garments.
- Read and interpret work orders and measurements.
- Verify garment size, color, style, and quantity before decorating.
- Scan work orders to retrieve the correct artwork.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Must be able to work overtime if needed
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
- Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
