Staffing Recruiter Details:
Direct Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for available job opportunities.
- Build relationships with job seekers and assist them through the hiring process.
- Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs and provide qualified candidates.
Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet goals, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
