We are seeking a skilled Lead (supervisory) Electrician for an automotive component manufacturing plant in the Walesboro area of Columbus!

Lead Electrician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 45.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Lead, assign, and coordinate daily work activities of electricians and maintenance technicians.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to maintenance team members to improve troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge.
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and upgrade plant electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, servo motors, HMIs, robotics, motion control systems, and automated production equipment.
- Serve as the primary resource for complex electrical and automation issues involving Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, and other industrial control systems.
Lead Electrician Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment preferred.
- Extensive experience with industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, motion control systems, and industrial networking.
- Extensive experience with six-axis robotics, preferably Fanuc and/or Motoman systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
