Roto Molding Machine Operator
We are looking for a dependable Rotational Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Argos location. This position involves operating roto cast machines, making molds, and helping produce quality products in a fast-paced production environment.

Roto Molding Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate rotational molding (roto cast) machines
- Create and prepare molds for production
- Monitor production processes and product quality
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work with teammates to meet production goals
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
Roto Molding Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical Requirements Lift and carry 15-50 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing and walking Kneeling, pushing, and reaching above shoulder leve
- l Repetitive movement throughout the shift
- Manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled odors may be present during the production process
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
