1st Shift Winder Operator
We are looking for a dependable Fiberglass Winding Machine Operator to join our production team. This hands-on position involves operating and monitoring winding machines that wind fiberglass thread.

1st Shift Winder Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate and monitor fiberglass winding machines
- Thread fiberglass through machine guides and rollers
- Watch gauges and machine indicators to ensure proper operation
- Make machine adjustments as needed Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with machine setup and mandrel changes
1st Shift Winder Operator Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to complete simple production documentation
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
