1st Shift Fiberglass Roller
We are looking for a dependable Fiberglass Roller to help manufacture and repair fiberglass products. In this hands-on role, you will work with fiberglass materials, resin, molds, and various tools to create high-quality products in a production environment.

1st Shift Fiberglass Roller Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Prepare molds and work surfaces for fiberglass application
- Apply fiberglass and resin using rollers and other tools
- Assist with curing, finishing, and polishing fiberglass products Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
1st Shift Fiberglass Roller Qualifications:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to accurately count and record information
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to lift 15-50 lbs regularly
- Ability to perform heavy physical work and move materials as needed
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
