Part-Time Grounds Keeper
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our community. This position is responsible for keeping outdoor areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Part-Time Grounds Keeper Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to03:00pm )
- Power wash sidewalks, entryways, and other outdoor surfaces
- Collect and dispose of litter and debris from common areas
- Change trash bags and maintain clean, presentable trash receptacles
- Blow leaves and remove natural debris from walkways, driveways, and landscaped areas
- Clean up pet waste throughout the community
- Assist with other general outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
Part-Time Grounds Keeper Qualifications:
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be committed to consistently working 16 hours each week
- Seeking individuals interested in long-term part-time employment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
