Shop Worker Details:

Perform hands-on production, assembly, and general shop duties using various hand tools.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the production area.
Assist with basic machine operation and perform quality checks as directed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
Work with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.

Shop Worker Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or material handling experience preferred.
Must be comfortable using hand tools and following written and verbal instructions.
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
