Packer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Pack customer orders accurately according to company standards and shipping requirements.
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order details before packaging.
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervision.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transport and minimize product damage.
- Label packages correctly and prepare shipments for carrier pickup or delivery.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy goals while meeting daily shipping deadlines.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, quality standards, and operational policies.
- Keep packing stations and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Packer Qualifications:
- Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer and warehouse management system experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products within company guidelines.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
