Operator Technician I Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Monday throughSunday from 06:30pm to06:30am )
- Temp to hire Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM) Day Shift ( 6:30AM-6:30PM) Schedule: Flexibility to work assigned shifts across a 7-day operational week, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Monitor machine performance, identify minor issues, and report any malfunctions or production deviations to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete production logs, reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with other production-related tasks and duties as assigned to support overall plant efficiency.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, up to 12 hours per shift.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Operator Technician I Qualifications:
- Non-climate controlled manufacturing facility.
- Proven experience or demonstrated aptitude for machine operation.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have High school diploma or GED
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
