Team Lead 1st Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- • Responsible for leading a team of LOC employees while actively participating in daily operations.
- • This role ensures performance targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
- • The Team Leader also oversees all material handling activities, including safe and efficient movement of goods using forklifts and other equipment.
- • Hands-On Production Work
- • Outbound loading & unloading and perform other tasks alongside team members.
- • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when necessary.
Team Lead 1st Qualifications:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material-handling equipment.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Ability to coordinate material movement, inventory flow, and production schedules efficiently.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, training, and team-management skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
