Truss Builder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble and build roof trusses and wall panels
- Read and follow blueprints and production specifications
- Measure, cut, and fasten lumber accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment
- safely Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Truss Builder Qualifications:
- Construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus, but willing to train motivated individuals
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
