Production Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.35 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
- Operate and monitor computer-controlled production equipment to process raw materials and manufacture quality products.
- Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot machines to ensure optimal performance throughout each shift.
- Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, equipment checks, samples, and downtime logs.
- Perform quality inspections, safety checks, and routine preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Operate a forklift to transport materials and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Production Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; a minimum of 1 year of production plant experience is preferred.
- Ability to identify materials, follow work instructions, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand English instructions while following safe work practices and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a dusty production environment and varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
