Production- Line Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.90 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Ensure production areas are stocked with materials by supplying indoor hoppers as needed.
- Stack bags of potting soil onto pallets for shipment and storage.
- Fill small packages, apply labels, and complete repackaging tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform additional production duties and support team operations as assigned.
Production- Line Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to read and write while following work instructions and safety procedures.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining strong attendance.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and completing tasks correctly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings or nights as business needs change.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
