Billing and Systems Information Analyst Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.44 to $ 28.84 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Maintain accurate customer, billing, and inventory data within ERP systems.
- Prepare invoices, process orders, and assist with billing-related inquiries.
- Generate weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
- Support and troubleshoot scanner technology used by drivers and warehouse teams.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure efficient service and accurate reporting.
Billing and Systems Information Analyst Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong reporting and data management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; Linen Master and Linen Helper experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
