Production Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Follow detailed instructions to accurately measure and mix chemical materials
- Handle and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly while adding materials into industrial mixers
- Fill pails, barrels, and tankers with finished liquid products
- Operate valves and pumps to control product flow and ensure accurate quantities
- Perform basic data entry to track production, materials, and batch information
- Conduct quality control testing in a lab setting to ensure products meet safety and performance standards
- Load, unload, and clean tankers using hoses and proper procedures
- Occasionally operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and assist with unloading deliveries (minimal part of role)
Production Tech Qualifications:
- Prior forklift experience required (limited daily use)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout shift-
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking-
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
