Road Construction Laborer - Rifle CO Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform general road construction labor including grading, paving, asphalt, concrete, and drainage work. Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, excavators, rollers, dozers, and backhoes (based on experience and qualifications).
- Load and unload construction materials and tools.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Work effectively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site. Perform other duties as assigned
- Schedule will vary based on project schedule, some periodic overtime.
Road Construction Laborer - Rifle CO Qualifications:
- Must have Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel to or stay in Rifle CO
- Ability to stay overnight when required on special projects
- Will require full drug screen
- Ability to work 8-12 hours shifts in weather elements
- Ability to perform physical labor duties
- Ability lift up to 75 lbs
- Stand/walk for long periods of time
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
