Finishing Department Associate - 1st Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.55 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Assemble metal products using hand tools, drills, and rivet guns.
- Load and unload parts throughout the finishing process while following quality standards.
- Apply powder coating and assist with finishing operations to ensure a quality final product.
- Inspect, label, package, and prepare completed parts for shipment.
- Use computers to access work instructions, drawings, and production information.
Finishing Department Associate - 1st Shift Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow work instructions and drawings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, or handle production materials throughout the shift.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
