Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 to $ 18.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- *1st shift -Monday 5:18 am -2:18pm Tues- Fri 6am-2:18pm
- 3rd shift Sunday 8pm-5:18am Tues-Friday 10pm-6:18am - TRAINING IS ON 1st Shift
- Operate mail production machinery consistently to meet and exceed daily output targets.
- Maintain a high level of operator efficiency while running equipment.
- Promptly identify, clear, and resolve machine jams to minimize downtime.
- Perform minor machine adjustments as needed to ensure continuous operation and quality output.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and meet production goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks as required.Must Have:
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or at least 2 years of equivalent experience.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
