Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
- Complete general building maintenance, including minor plumbing, HVAC checks, carpentry, and painting.
- Install, inspect, and repair production equipment using hand and power tools while following safety procedures.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training in electrical, HVAC, or a related trade is preferred.
- Previous maintenance experience with strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check before starting employment.
