Logistics Service Specialist - TTH - 3rd Shift Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $25.00 /hour
• Third Shift (Tuesday through Saturday from 02:30am to 11:30am)

• The Supply Chain Operations / Customer Service Specialist supports a dedicated dealer delivery network by monitoring daily transportation operations, tracking shipments, and providing proactive communication regarding delivery status. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, dealerships, customers, and internal teams to resolve service issues, monitor operational performance, and ensure timely deliveries.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where tracking multiple shipments, solving problems, and communicating updates are essential.
• Monitor and track dedicated drivers using GPS tracking and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Track and trace shipments, identify service delays, and proactively communicate updates to customers, dealerships, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide support to drivers with delivery, equipment, routing, and service-related issues.
• Contact drivers to follow up on delivery concerns and obtain shipment status updates.
• Analyze operational reports and system data to identify service issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Review transportation documentation for accuracy and maintain customer information.
• Investigate and resolve operational or customer service issues by collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
