Automated Production Line Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Hours:** 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
- Must have flexibility to work assigned shifts across a 7-day operational week, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled. You will work 3-4 scheduled days per week and schedule is communicated in advance.
- Set up production equipment for CBG manufacturing operations.
- Perform machine adjustments and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Complete production reports, quality documentation, and operational paperwork accurately.
- Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues. •Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements.
- Assist with changeovers and process improvements to maximize production efficiency.
Automated Production Line Specialist Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, maintenance, machine setup, engineering, or a technical role preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify production issues.
- Comfortable working around and prior experience operating automated manufacturing equipment.
- Able to pay strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Industrial maintenance, Machine operator, setup technician, mechanical or manufacturing engineering background is preferred.
- Automotive or glass manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).
- Able to work in 100 degrees temperatues during summer months.
