2nd Shift MIG Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Perform MIG welding on wire and metal components according to production specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Inspect completed welds and finished products to verify quality standards are met.
- Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work area while following all safety and production procedures.
2nd Shift MIG Welder Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required; ability to produce quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, bending, and twisting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
