Candidates should be prepared to complete to following before starting:

- Tape measure test
- Weld test during interview
- Physical examination
- 75-pound lift test through Med-1

Steel Fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to04:00am )
- Fabricate structural steel according to specifications and blueprints
- Perform layout, fitting, and welding operations
- Measure and mark materials using a tape measure
- Lift, position, and move workpieces during fabrication processes
- Load, stack, and transport materials using cranes and other equipment
- Attach chains, clamps, and rigging for material handling
- Operate overhead cranes
- Clean and grind metal prior to welding, painting, or shipment
Steel Fabricator Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of structural steel fabrication experience
- Experience with layout, fitting, and welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong tape measure and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong work ethic and attendance record
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
