Concrete Crew Helper Details:
Temporary position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Assist with job site preparation for concrete work, including excavation and grading.
- Shovel, dig, and level dirt and gravel accurately.
- Water and compact soil as needed to ensure proper foundation.
- Help place, spread, smooth, and finish concrete under supervision.
- Efficiently load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.*
- Follow directions from supervisors and assist with general labor tasks as assigned, contributing to overall project
Concrete Crew Helper Qualifications:
Required:** * Ability to perform general labor tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to understand and follow directions effectively.
- **Preferred:** * Prior experience in concrete work, concrete finishing, or related construction fields.
- Physical Demands:
- Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding construction work, which includes:
- Frequently bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and reaching throughout the workday.
- Performing repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials.
- Digging, shoveling, raking, and compacting dirt for extended periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
