Batch Plant Driver Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
The Batch Plant Driver is responsible for safely transporting concrete materials within the facility, supporting batch plant operations, and ensuring timely delivery of concrete to production areas. This position works closely with production, quality, and operations teams to maintain efficient workflow and product quality.
Batch Plant Driver Qualifications:
- Experience operating concrete batch plants, front-end loaders, or industrial mixing machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude to perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot system faults.
- Physical stamina to work early morning shifts and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic mathematical skills to accurately calculate material weights and follow batch formulas.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
