Industrial Painter/Driver Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Industrial Painting: Prepares surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
- Coatings: Applies paints and industrial coatings using air-pressure spray guns and airless equipment while referencing technical blueprints.
- Transportation & Driving: Drives company vehicles (such as flatbed trucks or pickups) to make local material pickups and deliveries.
- Hands-on Assembly: Actively building and putting together mechanical production line parts.
- Product Refinement: Detailed cleaning and preparation of finished parts to ensure they meet manufacturing standards.
- Packaging & Shipping: Securely packing final items and preparing shipments for the shop's key automotive clients.
- Shop Upkeep: Cross-functional support to help keep the fast-paced shop floor clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Industrial Painter/Driver Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude
- High school diploma/GED
- Driver's license
- Detail oriented
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
