Day shift Cook
Looking for an experienced chef to prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents, patients, staff, and guests while following approved menus, dietary guidelines, and food safety standards.

Day shift Cook Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 05:00pm to02:30pm )
- Prepare and serve meals according to approved menus, recipes, and production schedules.
- Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen, storage, and food preparation areas.
- Properly label, date, store, and rotate food items according to established procedures.
- Assist with meal service, portion control, and minimizing food waste while meeting quality standards.
Day shift Cook Qualifications:
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and infection control practices.
- Ability to prepare therapeutic and modified diets accurately.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
