Customer Service Rep Details:
Direct Hire position- $
19.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSunday from 10:30am to08:00pm )
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
