Night Shift Metals Production Operator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
20.00 / annually Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
- Operate furnaces, induction heaters, forklifts, and overhead cranes in a fast-paced metals production environment.
- Load raw materials, monitor production processes, and ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine inspections, sampling, and production documentation to support efficient operations.
- Assist with equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting production issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety and environmental procedures.
Night Shift Metals Production Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred with strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
- Ability to safely operate or learn forklifts, overhead cranes, and industrial production equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a high-heat industrial environment while wearing required PPE.
- Must have reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and be fluent in English (spoken and written).
