Mechanical Assembler - 1st shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:00pm )
- Assemble HVAC and air handling units using hand tools, power tools, and detailed work instructions.
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and assembly drawings to ensure components are installed correctly.
- Install and secure mechanical parts, panels, hardware, and subassemblies according to specifications.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper operation before final production.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all manufacturing and safety procedures.
Mechanical Assembler - 1st shift Qualifications:
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions accurately.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but many employers provide on-the-job training.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
