Mechanical Assembler - 1st shift Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $15.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:00pm)
  • Assemble HVAC and air handling units using hand tools, power tools, and detailed work instructions.
  • Read blueprints, diagrams, and assembly drawings to ensure components are installed correctly.
  • Install and secure mechanical parts, panels, hardware, and subassemblies according to specifications.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper operation before final production.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all manufacturing and safety procedures. 

Mechanical Assembler - 1st shift Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions accurately.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but many employers provide on-the-job training.
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
