Lathe Operators
We are seeking an experienced Lathe Operator for a sheet metal manufacturing facility in Decatur, AL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, experience operating lathes and machining equipment, and a strong work history. This position is responsible for producing quality parts while meeting production and safety standards.

Lathe Operators Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up and operate manual and/or CNC lathe machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed.
Lathe Operators Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required
- Previous lathe operating experience required
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Stable employment history
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
