Leach Pad Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Receive a $25/day per diem
- Operate and monitor leach pad equipment to support safe and efficient mining operations.
- Perform inspections, adjust process controls, and report any operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment performance.
- Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Leach Pad Operator Qualifications:
- Previous mining, industrial, or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 pounds continuously.
- Must be able to work safely in an outdoor mining environment and follow all safety procedures.
- Ability to pass drug test.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
