Pipe Tester Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSaturday )
- Conduct pressure testing using Nitrogen/Hydrogen to detect leaks.
- Set up and operate testing equipment, including gaskets, flanges, gauges, couplings, rubber seals, and nuts/bolts.
- Follow established testing procedures and work instructions.
- Identify and document weld defects, leaks, and other product deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate pressure logs, test records, and inspection reports.
- Read and interpret gauges, measurements, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Pipe Tester Operator Qualifications:
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately.
- Experience using hand tools and measuring devices.
- Ability to read a tape measure and gauges.
- Prior pipe testing experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
