General Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.69 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
- Perform quality checks and follow work instructions
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support team members in meeting daily production goals
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
General Laborer Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and measurement skills preferred
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
