Finisher Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Perform finishing operations including sanding, grinding, polishing, deburring, trimming, and cleaning of metal components.
- Inspect parts for defects, surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and overall workmanship.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality requirements.
- Prepare finished products for final inspection and shipment. M
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
- Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.
Finisher Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing, production, metal finishing, or fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to use measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, and gauges.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
