Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.40 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
? Set up and operate production machinery to meet daily production goals.
? Load programs, change tooling, and adjust machine settings as needed.
? Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges.
? Read blueprints and production documents to ensure accurate production.
? Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with preventative maintenance activities.
? Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
?? Machine Operator | 1st Shift | Angola, IN Qualifications:
? High school diploma or GED required.
? Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
? 2+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
? Basic machine setup experience required.
? Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
? CNC or Swiss lathe experience is a plus.
