Security Guard Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00pm to11:30pm )
- Assist Security team with daily activities
- Alarm Monitoring, Monitoring CCTV, Operation of LENEL Access system
- Making Badges and give correct access levels to employees
- Patrols and Parking Lot checks
- Operating Two-way radio
- Scanning and screening of employees
- Monitor warehouse entrances, exits, and loading dock areas to help protect employees, visitors, and company assets.
- Conduct routine security patrols throughout the facility and report any safety hazards or suspicious activity.
- Verify visitor, vendor, and driver credentials while maintaining accurate security logs and records
- Assist with access control procedures, including checking badges and enforcing company security policies.
- Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies while coordinating with management and local authorities when needed.
Security Guard Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous security, warehouse, loss prevention, or related experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol the facility for extended periods and occasionally work in varying warehouse environments.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening requirements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
