Assembly 3rd shift
We are seeking highly motivated and safety-conscious assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of engines and various sub-assemblies, performing critical machining operations, and meeting performance metrics. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets.

Assembly 3rd shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( 06:00pm to06:00am )
Overtime may be required up to 12-hour shifts and on weekends.
Training Schedule: Must be able to train 2 weeks on 1st shift. Training pay $18.25
* Perform accurate engine assembly and sub-assembly builds according to detailed specifications and quality standards.
* Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements; maintain a high standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and housekeeping at the workstation.
* Promptly report all safety incidents and complete all mandatory safety training.
* Actively collaborate within a team cell to achieve established targets for safety, quality, delivery, downtime reduction, and 5S
* Demonstrate operating flexibility.
* Proven experience in assembly processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Ability to stand throughout the shift.

* Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
* Adaptability to changing production demands.
