Assembler 3rd shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( 06:00pm to06:00am )
Overtime may be required up to 12-hour shifts and on weekends.
Training Schedule: Must be able to train on 1st shift 1st week. Training pay $18.25
* Perform accurate engine assembly and sub-assembly builds according to specifications and quality standards.
* Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements; maintain a high standard of cleanliness, upkeep, at the workstation.
* Promptly report all safety incidents and complete all mandatory safety training.
* Actively collaborate within a team cell to achieve established targets for safety, quality, delivery, downtime reduction, and 5S
* Demonstrate operating flexibility.
* Proven experience in assembly processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Ability to stand throughout the shift.
Assembler 3rd shift Qualifications:
* Strict adherence to all safety protocols.
* Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
* Adaptability to changing production demands.
Pre-employment Requirements:
- Steel Toe boots or shoes
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
