Roasting Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSunday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Assist with receiving, staging, blending, and weighing green coffee beans.
- Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment, grinders, and loaders
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, bags, and production materials.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of roasting equipment.
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures to meet daily production goals.
Roasting Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food production experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed
- Frequently lift and carry 40 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to push and pull heavy carts and pallet jacks
- Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments.
A Shift: 6AM to 6:30PM Rotating Schedule: Work 4 days one week Work 3 days the following week 12 hour shifts
