This hands-on role is critical in assisting machine operators, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, and maintaining productivity within our manufacturing facility.

Machine Helper/Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 11:00pm to07:00am )
- Assist machine operators with various production tasks, including efficiently loading and unloading products into machinery.
- Accurately stack and organize finished boxes or materials.
- Retrieve and prepare necessary materials to ensure continuous machine operation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace around the production equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Machine Helper/Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience as a Production Line Worker or in a similar manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
- Ability to continuously lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift consistently for an 8-10 hour shift.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
